Tour Description

Join us for a winter camping tour as we do some of the best tracks in Cumbria and The Lake District. Whilst not for the fainthearted, this tour is definitely doable in any well prepared 4x4. There will be challenges along the way, plus some potentially deep water in places. But nothing a bit of time spent planning won't conquer. For this tour we start at Tebay services and stick to the eastern side of the M6 for day 1. Our campsite for the night is near Kendal and an ideal starting point for our second day based inside the Lake District national park. What's included ✅️ Fully insured and protected ✅️ Full supported and guided throughout the day ✅️ Handheld radios if required ✅️ 2 full days route of legal green lanes ✅ 1 night on a serviced campsite You will need ✅️ Off road biased tyres and a full size spare ✅️ Recovery points front and rear ✅️ Ideally a lowbox transfer case ✅️ Appropriate clothing and footwear for the time of year Please bear in mind that this is a winter camping tour so the weather may be unpredictable and it goes dark earlier, please come prepared.
