Your Booking
And what happens next...
Firstly we want to thank you for booking a tour with us.

So you've paid your deposit, what happens now?
Within 48hrs of us receiving your deposit we will be in contact via the email address used for the payment to confirm your booking. The email will also offer a generalised costing breakdown of the tour and contain informotion on things like toll roads, emissions costs and potential fuel costs.
Depending on how much time there is left before the start date for your tour will depend on what and when we next need to contact you.
Assuming there are no changes and all is well, we ask for the remaining outstanding balance to be paid 28 days before the start of your tour. You will receive an email reminder 1 week before it is due.
Once the balance is paid. we will send you all the remaining information regarding your tour. Such as hotels, route maps etc... and confirm any optional arrangements you may have made with us.
What will likely be our final email to you will be any travel documents you need, boarding passes (if required) and a final checklist of things we advise you bring and do before setting off.
Then we'll next speak at our meeting point and begin the adventure.

THINGS TO NOTE.
-
If you book a tour within 28 days of its start date, you will be required to pay the balance immediately and in full within 48hrs of booking.
-
Should you need to alter any of the booking information at any point, it is imperative you let us know ASAP or we may not be able to accommodate the changes.
-
It is your responsibility to inform us of any special requirements you or a passenger may need. We are a completely inclusive company and pride ourselves on this fact.
-
Depending on your driving style and feedback received, it's worth adding approximately 20% extra to your predicted fuel costs. Sweeping smooth mountain roads have an uncanny habit of causing slightly worse MPG figures...

Finally, thanks again for booking with us and we look forward to meeting you
